Description
ARL 300 Elevator Controller Unit is a state-of-the-art system designed to enhance the functionality and safety of modern elevators. With the capacity to manage up to 24 stops, it offers a versatile control mechanism suitable for various driving types, including Two Speed, Hydraulic, VVVF Speed Regulated, Geared Machine, and Gearless Machine, both with and without a machine room.
For those managing multiple elevators, the ARL 300 facilitates group operations for up to four elevators, ensuring seamless communication with the car through its advanced serial communication feature. The unit’s precision in car positioning is achieved using magnetic switches, and it’s compatible with a range of elevator types, including two-speed, VVVF (geared and gearless), and hydraulic systems.
Safety is paramount with the ARL 300. It boasts an integrated door bridging safety circuit, ensuring door pre-opening and re-leveling with open doors. Additionally, the unit comes with an integrated motor-phase protection circuit and automatic door control inputs and outputs for a single door. In the event of a power outage, hydraulic lifts can rely on emergency lowering powered by 2x12V batteries, with the ARL-SARJ charger unit overseeing battery charging. Electric lifts are not left behind, as they benefit from emergency evacuation functions.
Installation is made more straightforward with the ARL 300. The system allows for easy connections using only 15 cables, thanks to the serial car installation boards. This not only reduces labor but also cuts down on cable costs. The connection boards, which replace panel terminals, come with flexible parallel connection cables, eliminating the need for extra connection terminals at the control panel.
The unit also offers a range of additional functions to enhance user experience:
- Fire-fighter service and emergency operations during fires.
- Panic input and evacuation functions during emergencies.
- Car priority functions with adjustable command types.
- Adjustable parking stops and destination durations.
- Limitations on maximum car commands.
- Indicator settings to display collective direction or both current and collective directions.
- Adjustable gong time settings.
- Password protection for menu access and system disabling post-maintenance.
- Command options for specific floors or random calls via the mainboard keypad.
- Slow speed operation via the mainboard keypad.
The user interface is intuitive, allowing all system parameters to be adjusted via buttons and an LCD on the mainboard. The LCD contrast is adjustable, and the menu is available in multiple languages, including Turkish, English, Russian, Dutch, Romanian, German, and Italian.
The ARL 300 is EMC tested and verified, ensuring full conformance to the European lift directive EN81-1/2 +A3.
